Our calculator uses the widely accepted Epley Formula to estimate your 1RM:
1RM = Weight × (1 + (Reps ÷ 30))
- 1RM: Your estimated One Repetition Maximum (the maximum weight you can lift for one complete repetition).
- Weight: The weight you successfully lifted for a given number of repetitions.
- Reps: The number of repetitions performed with that weight.
