Formula:
The Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT), often referred to as AFT, assesses physical readiness through six challenging events. Your overall score is determined by summing individual scores from the:
- 3-Repetition Maximum Deadlift (MDL)
- Standing Power Throw (SPT)
- Hand-Release Push-Up (HRP)
- Sprint-Drag-Carry (SDC)
- Plank (PLK) (or Leg Tuck (LTK) for alternative)
- 2-Mile Run (2MR)
Each event is scored on a 0-100 point scale, with a minimum passing score of 60 points per event and a total of 360 points. This calculator uses a simplified scoring model for demonstration purposes.
