The GRACE Risk Score Calculator is an essential tool for healthcare professionals to assess the risk of in-hospital and 6-month mortality in patients presenting with Acute Coronary Syndromes (ACS). This predictive model considers key clinical variables to provide a comprehensive risk stratification, aiding in treatment decisions and prognostication for patients with conditions like unstable angina, NSTEMI, and STEMI.

Formula:

The GRACE (Global Registry of Acute Coronary Events) Risk Score is derived from a multivariate logistic regression model. It assigns points based on eight key clinical variables: Age, Heart Rate, Systolic Blood Pressure, Serum Creatinine, Killip Class, Presence of Cardiac Arrest on Admission, ST-segment Deviation on ECG, and Elevated Cardiac Enzymes. The total score estimates the probability of in-hospital and 6-month mortality.
