DNA Copies = Total DNA Mass (ng) ⁄ (Genome Size (bp) × Mass of One Base Pair (ng/bp))
- Total DNA Mass (ng): The total amount of DNA in nanograms you are quantifying.
- Genome Size (bp): The approximate size of one haploid genome in base pairs for your organism.
