- ICH Volume: ≥ 30 cm³ (1 pt), < 30 cm³ (0 pts)
- Intraventricular Hemorrhage (IVH): Present (1 pt), Absent (0 pts)
- Infratentorial Origin: Present (1 pt), Absent (0 pts)
- Age: ≥ 80 years (1 pt), < 80 years (0 pts)
Total ICH Score = Sum of all points (0-6)
