The Dew Point Temperature (Td) is calculated using an approximation of the Magnus formula, which relates air temperature (T) and relative humidity (RH) to determine the temperature at which air becomes saturated and condensation begins.

Formula:

  • Step 1 (Intermediate Calculation): γ = ln(RH / 100) + (17.27 × T) / (237.7 + T)
  • Step 2 (Dew Point): Td = (237.7 × γ) / (17.27 - γ)
