Total Data (MB) = (Video Streaming Hours × Data Rate) + (Audio Streaming Hours × Data Rate) + (Web Browsing Hours × Data Rate) + (Social Media Hours × Data Rate) + (Online Gaming Hours × Data Rate) + (Video Call Hours × Data Rate) + (Number of Emails with Attachments × Avg. Email Data) + General Downloads (MB)

- Video Streaming Hours: Total hours spent streaming video. Data rates vary by quality (SD, HD, 4K).
- Audio Streaming Hours: Total hours spent streaming audio.
- Web Browsing Hours: Total hours spent browsing websites.
- Social Media Hours: Total hours spent on social media platforms.
- Online Gaming Hours: Total hours spent playing online games.
- Video Call Hours: Total hours spent on video calls.
- Number of Emails with Attachments: Count of emails sent/received with attachments.
- General Downloads (MB): Any other estimated data downloads/uploads in Megabytes.
