This tool calculates your individual risk score for developing Type 2 Diabetes based on several health and lifestyle factors. Each factor, such as age, Body Mass Index (BMI), waist circumference, physical activity levels, dietary habits (fruit & vegetable intake), family history of diabetes, blood pressure medication use, and past high blood glucose readings, is assigned a specific point value.
