Formula:
Inertia = (a4 - b4) / 12
Modulus = (a4 - b4) / 6 * a
Radius = ((a2 + b2) / 12)1/2
Area = a2 - b2
A = Area of Annulus (Annular)
R = Radius of the Outer Circle
H = Radius of the Inner Circle
