Experimental Event Rate Calculator

Posted by Dinesh on

This calculator calculates the experimental event rate using total number of patients treated, number who achieved at least 50% pain relief values. In epidemiology and biostatistics, the experimental event rate (EER) is a measure of how often a particular statistical event (such as response to a drug, adverse event or death) occurs within the experimental group (non-control group) of an experiment.

Experimental Event Rate Calculation

Formula:

EER = Pn

Where,
EER is Experimental event rate (event rate with ibuprofen)
PT is Total number of patients treated
Pn is Number who achieved at least 50% pain relief
